The UK government has updated certain rates and limits which affect how much compensation can be awarded by an Employment Tribunal for particular types of claims.
We've created a handy table summarising the key new rates and compensation limits from 6 April 2021 - 5 April 2022 inclusive. This should be particularly useful for HR Managers and for employees when working out the value of any potential employment-related claims.
